RICH FELTE - EXPERIENCE SYNOPSIS

Mr. Felte is a senior professional with nearly 25 years of experience in the information technology and consulting services industry. An accomplished management and technology project consultant, Mr. Felte has experience in the higher education, government, manufacturing, utilities, publishing, defense and healthcare industries. He has held key management roles and has a proven track record in building high performance teams, strategic and tactical planning, project management, P&L management and budgeting, managing transition, change and overall IT organizational development. During his career, Mr. Felte has maintained direct P&L responsibility for organizations of up to $51.0 million annually.

As a General Manager, Mr. Felte was responsible for service delivery. In leading a 200 person consulting organization. Under his leadership, his teams exceeded business targets including revenue, contribution, utilization and client satisfaction. Mr. Felte was responsible for standardizing all aspects of consulting delivery engagements and the development of implementation, consulting services and staffing management. After 9/11 he worked with his teams to deliver remote consulting and GO LIVE Center service objects, created to maximize consulting teams, reduce staff travel, client cost and expense, while delivering excellent customer support. Mr. Felte has developed and managed client relationships and projects working with senior managers and client teams to ensure excellence in project delivery. Mr. Felte has been responsible for improving the efficiency and standardization of the delivery of technical outsourcing by aligning similar teams and support areas, increasing billable utilization. He has directed and managed teams in support of Information Technology infrastructure, including Operating Systems, Data Bases, Transaction Processing systems and networks. Major strengths include:

Mr. Felte has often been called into difficult client engagements to effect project turn around and culture change. He has worked on a variety of high profile programs and projects supporting clients’ technology and infrastructure. In his early career, Mr. Felte was a mainframe systems programmer responsible for implementation, performance and maintenance of IBM operating systems, transaction processing systems and networks. This early foundation provided Mr. Felte with grounded understanding of information technology as a critical success component in support of an organization’s core business success.

 
Mr. Felte resides with his family in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. He received his education in Business Administration from Albright College and Temple University.
