members of corporate management and executive teams, and as consultants.
With nearly 100 years of collective business, management, leadership and
technology experience, each member of our executive team brings their own unique
set of experiences, skills and perspectives.

President & CEO. In addition to his responsibilities for ensuring the overall
success of the Company, he typically provides CxO and Board-level consulting
services for those engagements involving Visioning, Strategy Development,
Benchmarking and Program/Project definition. As a Change Management Agent,
Turnaround Specialist and a Professional Facilitator, Don works with the most
complex and intense challenges facing our clients’ executives and their teams.
His engagements often span business, management, organizational and technology
boundaries.
Jim Boyle, a principal with Dynamic Synergies Group since 2006,
serves as Vice President of Client Services & Operations where he defines and

requiring alignment of Operations to business strategies, establishing metrics
to ensure successful performance, developing Operating Plans, establishing and
directing Program Management Offices, and providing Project Management for
complex projects. He has performed several assessments and readiness reviews
in which clients’ feasibility for outsourcing, managed services,
organizational skill mix, and performance were determined.
